Asin out of Ashutosh’s next movie

It looks like troubled times are here for Ashutosh Gowarikar. First, his film, What’s Your Raashee? bombed. Now, Asin has decided to back out of his next film, Khelenge Hum Jee Jaan Se citing date issues.

She was supposed to play the female lead in the film opposite Abhishek Bachchan but she has chosen to walk out of the film as she is not very pleased with the script. At first she was very excited about the film but when she heard the script, she didn’t like her role in the film anymore. Also, her film London Dreams isn’t exactly a box office scorcher. And after Ashutosh’s film didn’t do well, she doesn’t want to take any chances and would rather walk out.

Asin roped in for Marmayogi

Kamal Haasan has somehow finally included Asin into his forthcoming magnum opus 'Marmayogi'. Well, though she would be appearing for just 2-3 scenes, her role would be so powerful. Trisha plays the role of Kamal Haasan's second wife and who could be the first one? It is none other than Shreya. Both of them are involved vividly learning in pronunciation of Tamil… Hema Malini performs the role of baddie as she would be donning the character of leader of opponent in rival..

Well, role played by Shobana is yet to be confirmed and Mumaith Khan has been the recent addition to the list of heroines. Telugu actor Venkatesh dons an important character and rest of the star-casts would be soon finalized…

Salman Khan's Onam gift to Asin

Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan are featuring in a movie titled 'London Dreams'. The film is to be produced by Vipul Shah and South Indian sensation Asin has been roped into the project.

Asin, who has a pan-Indian-look is familiar to North Indian audiences due to the many product endorsements she has indulged in and is making waves in Bollywood too.

Asin is currently busy in London for 'London Dreams', where she celebrated Onam, the biggest festival of Kerala. It is abuzz that Asin shares a cordial friendship with Salman Khan. A few days back, Salman Khan had surprised everyone in the shooting spot by presenting a glamorous glass doll as a belated Onam gift to Asin.

We can take pleasure in knowing that Salman Khan who has rifts with some Bollywood actors shares a comfortable, enchanting relation with Asin, one of the most popular south Indian actresses, who has traveled from Kochi to the pinnacles of celluloid perfection.

who is No:1 Kollywood now?

It was Asin and Trisha competing each other to take the chair of No:1 in Kollywood, but Asin did a blunder and went to Mumbai where she is staying jobless.  Asin may move out of India to settle down in London, by which her chapter will be closed.

On Asin's exit, Nayantara came back and made Trisha to hide in shelter.  Even though Trisha had guts to circulate her nude bathroom clips Nayantara had guts to appear in bikini fr the silver screen without any hesitations.  Trisha had strong family background and a Boy Friend in the form of Vijay, while Nayantara had talents to get a BMW car worth few millions for just partying with her Tollywood guests.

Nayantara was so eager getting associated with Rajini and made him to praise about her curves.  Trisha was consistently playing tricky cards rather than facing Nayantara directly.

As of now Nayantara is sad and quite due to failure of Kuselan and Sathyam.

Trisha will not be seen in any movies for next couple of years as she has committed herself for Kamal and she is busy with Marmayogi.

The only question remaining unanswered is "Which babe will next rule Kollywood and take up the No:1 chair".

Dasavatharam- 100 days of celebrating 10 Kamals

There is a famous quote, 'Perfection consists not in doing extraordinary things, but in doing ordinary things extraordinarily well'. Another quote goes, 'Don't wait for extraordinary opportunities, seize common occasions and make them extraordinary. Weak men wait for opportunities, strong men make them'.

Which idea came first, the idea of 10 avatars or that of the man and the vial? Something like the chicken or the egg question, something only Kamal Haasan can answer. Look at it anyway, the Dasavatharam idea did not happen in a hurry, just like Rome was not built in a day. Initially there must have been just a spark which could have been that of man and the vial or that of 10 roles. But the spark was not let to flicker away, it was fanned till it was a flame.

All of us have these kinds of wild dreams and thoughts, but we tend to dismiss them as just wishful thoughts of an ambitious mind or shrink away at the thought of the enormity of the task of realizing the dream. It is those who believe in their dreams and are prepared to dedicate themselves to it that make history. Kamal Haasan, for all his achievements and reputation must have had his share

of detractors when he went with his dream. Why, even now there are people who doubt the quality of Dasavatharam, but let's not talk about that. But more than detractors Kamal chose to look only at the people who believed in his belief of his dream. He made the opportunity, seized it and used it in the most extraordinary way possible

They say 'Opportunity knocks only once'. But Kamal seems to think different, waiting for the knock is waste of time, go out and find the opportunity, the world is full of them. Today, the realization of that dream and opportunity completes 100 days in theaters. But 100 is just a number, a number that many movies have touched before and will do so after. But 10 is not just another number, only one man has done it and we doubt whether anyone else will.

Sathyam, INox, Abhirami, Mayajaal and other leading theaters proudly project the movie on its 100th day. Let's not look at any more numbers, that's for the business side to check out and they are mighty happy. Meanwhile, let's once again applaud the man who made the opportunity of a lifetime and the team that stood with him. Incidentally, another opportunity seems to have been discovered and it is named Marmayogi.

Asin in Vettaikaran

One could add Asin to the list but she seems to have decided to remain stuck to Bollywood. No wonder there was a hassle to sign a heroine for Vijay's 'Vettaikaran.' Since Nayantara is in 'Villu,' she can't be cast for 'Vettaikaran.' Fans did not quite cheer Trisha as Vijay's heroine in 'Kuruvi.' Shriya has just sung duets with Vijay in 'Azhagiya Thamizh Magan.'

There were rumours that Ileana was approached for the 'Vettaikaran' role but that was all it was – a rumour. The producers say they never thought of Ileana as their only aim was at Asin.

Asin is at present outside India shooting for 'London Dreams.' Since it's a Vijay film, she gave her call sheet immediately.

'Vettaikaran' shooting starts in November.

Asin's London Dreams

Asin has currently devoted herself to the Hindi remake of the Tamil mega hit Ghajini, starring Aamir Khan as the amnesiac. But that hasn't deterred her from signing on London Dreams alongside Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan.Vipul Shah will produce the flick for which Asin is reportedly being paid Rs. 1.5 crores.

Right now, Asin is in London on a hectic shooting schedule after which she will head for Paris, the city of romance for another round of shooting. After all that jet-setting in Europe, she will be back in India after two whole months of sheer hard work.

We hope Asin's dreams of Bollywood propel her into the top slot of heroines very soon.
